Govinda discharged from Mumbai hospital days after getting shot in the leg

Actor-politician Govinda, who was hospitalised with a gunshot injury at a Mumbai hospital, was discharged on October 4. He was seen stepping out of the hospital in a wheelchair with his left leg plastered. His wife Sunita Ahuja was by his side as he greeted the paparazzi outside the hospital before heading home. Govinda was rushed to the hospital on October 1 after his licensed revolver allegedly misfired, resulting in a bullet wound to his knee. After his release, Govinda expressed gratitude for all the prayers and wishes that poured in for his well-being.
