Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor made their first appearance as a couple at Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's wedding reception in 2018.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Alia Bhatt also shared several pictures, which proved that the Mehendi ceremony was a fun-filled tale with dance performances and tons of smiles from every corner.

From the groom's side, mother Neetu Kapoor, sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and cousin Karisma Kapoor performed the rituals, as Ranbir's other cousin, Kareena Kapoor Khan, stood by the newly-wed couple's side.
Their choice of South Africa as their honeymoon destination follows their earlier visit to the country to ring in the New Year. That was when they fell in love with the place and decided to return after tying the knot.
Earlier, Soni Razdan had posted a family photo featuring the Kapoors and Bhatts in a frame. In it, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt could be seen posing with their family members for the camera.
Alia took to Instagram to share the news of her pregnancy with her fans and friends. She posted an adorable picture of her and Ranbir at the hospital.
In June, Alia Bhatt shared a picture, where the actress is seen getting her sonography done while her husband Ranbir is seen looking at the baby on the screen. She captioned the image: "Our baby .Coming soon." Alia and Ranbir's friends from the industry such as Karan Johar, Parineeti Chopra, Rakul Preet Singh, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Tiger Shroff and Mouni Roy among many others took to the comment section to congratulate the couple. Baby Raha was born on November 6, 2022.
On November 6, Alia took to her Instagram handle to announce the arrival of their little one. "And in the best news of our lives- Our baby is here..and what a magical girl she is ! We are officially bursting with love- blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!," wrote Alia and Ranbir in a post shared on Alia Bhatt's social media handle.
