Speaking about his conversation with Salman for 'Billi Billi' he said, "I was in New York and he was in Mumbai and we spent 27 minutes discussing the song over call. I thought his team would contact me but he's very hands-on when it comes to his own production."

Sharing memories from the song shoot he said, "Salman bhai's introductory shoot was on top of a tower and when he lip synced to my voice it was an emotional moment because he is a legendary star, one of the biggest icons globally."

Among other things the singer revealed he initially wasn't part of the video of the new version of 'Sauda Khara Khara' from the Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh starrer 'Good Newwz' but convinced the makers later.

Opening up about his conversation with Karan Johar he said, "Karan and I had a word, he explained that he used Badshah's 'Kala Chashmah' but he was not in it. He said they do not feature music artistes. I asked him to create a situation to fit me in because it's his production house."
