Shilpa Shetty Kundra, the fitness enthusiast often shares yoga asanas on social media. Sharing this one, Shilpa captioned, "A lot of consistent practice and effort. All worth it... Nailed the Mayurasana YESSSSSS (or the Peacock pose) this morning. It is an advanced Yoga asana that improves digestion and focus. It also enhances wrist flexibility and blood circulation, while strengthening the arms. [sic]" All pictures/Shilpa Shetty Kundra's Instagram account

Dancing is considered as a great exercise, and in this one, while promoting, she also took up the challenge and encouraged fans to do the same! Iss #ThumkaChallenge ke liye, Buss, thirkaana hai 'Beat pe booty,' Phir post kar ke mujhe tag karna... is your duty! [sic]" wrote Shilpa Shetty.

While doing the side planks, Shilpa Shetty mentioned, "My busy schedule keeps me on my toes, but I try to make sure my fitness routine doesn't get affected. Adding a little creativity and variation to simple exercises can really turn it around. Here, I've tried the side plank but with a little variation. It helps in strengthening the oblique abdominal muscles. It's also very good if you’re looking at losing those love handles [sic]" True that, woman!

In this one, Shilpa Shetty Kundra enlightened how this asana helps to keep your lower body strength intact. "Do whatever it is that you feel like doing. So, today, I practised the ‘Hip opener flow’ with the Prasarita Padottanasana, Utkata Konasana, & Malasana. As a combination, these yoga asanas help stretch and strengthen the hamstrings, hips, and spine opening up the lower body"

This cat-camel pose is surely going to help to rest your entire back! "I've suffered from muscle spasms and back stiffness very often in the past. When I started Yoga, I was skeptical about performing a lot of the complex asanas. Being able to flex and stretch the way I can today has been a very steady and gradual process made possible by two things: Yoga and my will-power"

Sharing this one, Shilpa Shetty Kundra posted, "Choosing to stay fit and encouraging my loved ones to do the same is the best gift one can give. Once we cross a certain age, we tend to stop giving our body the kind of mobility it needs to stay agile and strong," indeed it is!

Shilpa Shetty once mentioned a while ago how great it is to make minimal changes in your workout, and stay fit regardless you hit the gym or not! "Paucity of time is a major reason for missing out on exercise for many. Let’s utilise this 'precious' time to take care of ourselves by exercising at least 4 times a week and building a stronger immunity. Here’s how you can pack in a proper routine using just the staircase"
