The star studded event was held in a plush hotel in Mumbai.

Speaking about the love pouring in for the film, Shah Rukh Khan said, "I have forgotten the last 4 years because of the last 4 days. Whenever we make films, the aim is to spread love, kindness".

SRK added, "Even if we are playing bad characters, say things in the film, it isn't intended to hurt any sentiment. Fun and entertainment should be left at that— don't take it seriously. We love each other and just want to spread love”.

On his part, John Abraham said, “Jim had to be very cool. He had to be smart and intelligent. Sid has done a fantastic job. Thank you for projecting me so well”.

Shah Rukh Khan said, “When we were shooting Darr, Adi narrated me a story where I'm the action hero. I got very excited. I really wanted to be an action hero. The one who wears a baniyan, has muscles, a girl on hand and gun on the other.".

The charming Deepika Padukone said, “Every scene requires a different emotion, whether it's romance, action, comedy. I have been underutilized in action, though I've done a few films where I had action scenes".

Deepika Padukone added, "Chandni Chowk To China’ had some scenes. You have to be careful while doing action, but I treat it like any other scene. Action, emotion, crying, it all has to flow”.

Shah Rukh Khan said, "Our films release on Friday, this one opened on Wednesday. On Friday, we deal with our releases differently. If a film goes bad till Sunday, by Monday you decide that you'll work harder. If it works, you think you'll work harder".

SRK added, "When my films don't do well, I feel terrible. There are thousands of people associated with it. We feel guilty. But hit or flop, Monday onwards you get back to the set and become labour class and work hard. If you can't do that, you shouldn't make films”.

SRK added, “Deepika is Amar, I'm Amar, John is Anthony. We love you, that's why we make films. Nothing is bigger than this. We have to keep our stories seeped in India. When we tell our stories, we don't deride it. We are just using a language that the young ones speak".

When asked about 'Pathaan 2', the film's director Siddharth Anand said, “Pathaan aayi hai, hit hui hai. Uske baad kya banayege?”. And when the fans screamed, “Pathaan 2.” Siddharth said... “Inshaallah.”

Speaking about Shah Rukh Khan’s most underrated quality, Deepika said, “One of the most underrated qualities of Shah Rukh Khan is his presence of mind. It is just amazing”.

With Shah Rukh Khan at the helm of things, can there ever be a dull moment! True to this, the ‘Pathaan’ star lit up the event with his charm, wit and yes… poise and charm galore… oodles of them!

Speaking about Shah Rukh Khan, John Abraham said, “I'm actually surprised that why didn't he become an action star before. He is very confident and flexible. I was scared to hit him, even though he had said 'Hit me'. He's the national treasure”!

SRK on a ‘loo break”? Well. when the fans shouted Bollywood and Shah Rukh Khan are back’, John said, Just one correction. Shah Rukh Khan isn't back. He had just gone for a loo break!”.

Speaking about John Abraham, Shah Rukh Khan said, “I really believe the backbone of Pathaan is Jim played by John. To play a bad guy who is so... To be rightly bad, to take a cynical view point of the world and to play it to such strengths. He was very gentle and kind to me in action scenes”.
