Newton (2017):

A government servant is sent to a politically sensitive area in Central India for election duty. He attempts to hold a fair and free election despite various obstacles. Directed by Amit Masurkar, the film stars Rajkummar Rao in the lead

Nayak: The Real Hero (2001): 

After the chief minister challenges Shivaji Rao to run the state for a day, he accepts and strives hard to put an end to corruption. Due to his success, people force him to join politics. Directed by S Shankar and starring Anil Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Amrish Puri and Rani Mukerji, this is one of the most impactful political dramas of Hindi cinema

 

Rang De Basanti (2006): 

When Sue selects a few students to portray various Indian freedom fighters in her film, she unwittingly awakens their patriotism. The emotional and mental process turns them into rebels for a cause.
