Currents sparked between Sidharth and Kiara on the sets of the film 'Shershaah'. It marked their first film together and it was Sidharth who had recommended to get Kiara on board to play the lead opposite him. However, the first met each other in person at the wrap up party of Lust Stories

Rumours of them dating first came up on New Year 2022 when they posted pictures of themselves from the same location around the same time. While the two tried to keep it under wraps, fans decoded the picture and figured out their secrret vacation together; hence concluding that they are dating

In 2021, Sidharth was a part of Kiara's intimate birthday celebration at her home. The actress had shared a video on Instagram giving a glimpse into her birthday celebration. While she did her best to not bring Sid's presence to people's notice, fans noticed him and blink and miss appearance

On his appearance on Koffee With Karan last year, host Karan Johar asked Sidharth, "Now that you are dating Kiara Advani, are there any future plans? Anything that we should know about?" He replied, "Come on. See, he (Vicky Kaushal) was so secretive. And I should start telling my plans? It's all in my head. I am manifesting it today." When KJo interrupted him, "That you will marry Kiara Advani?" Sidharth said, "Not manifesting." When KJo asked again, "Is that a no or a yes?" Sidharth said, "A brighter happier future." Karan Johar once again asked, "with Kiara Advani?" To which Sidharth replied, "If she would be, it would be great. But then I am manifesting right now. Let's see."

In the same season when Kiara was quizzed about Sidharth, she said, "Funnily, Sid and I knew each other before we were cast together in Shershaah. We started talking at the wrap up party of Lust Stories—which we crashed. We casually met".

Last month, Kiara was seen at the screening of 'Mission Majnu' which was released on Netflix. The film had Sidharth and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead. In a video, Sid was seen introducing Kiara to the cast and crew of the film. Kiara was also seen blushing when the paprazzi asked her about the wedding rumours. She was also seen asking the photographers to click pictures of the team as she stepped aside

In January 2023, Kiara shared a loved-up picture with Sidharth on his birthday to wish him. In the picture from one of their holdiays together, the couple are seen gazing into each other's eyes. There is no denying that they are deeply in love
