Rani Mukerji visited the famous Ajmer Sharif Dargah along with her brother Raja Mukerji. Rani is currently in Rajasthan shooting for her upcoming film Mardaani 2. The actress wore a white salwar kameez, while Raja was seen in a blue kurta and white pyjama.

Rani Mukerji also met up with Syed Qutbuddin Sakhi at Ajmer Dargah.

Rani has been taking time out from her shooting and mingling with the Rajasthani locals. Only recently, she was invited to meet the Kota police force and their families at an informal gathering. Speaking about Mardaani 2, the movie will see Rani reprises the role of the fearless and committed Superintendent of Police, Shivani Shivaji Roy.

Last month, the makers had revealed Rani Mukerji's first look as the tough cop from Mardaani 2, and it won hearts. In the photo, the actress seemed all charged up for the role. She appears to be on a duty, a responsible one, in the khaki uniform.

Mardaani 2 is the sequel of the 2014 hit of the same name in which Rani had delivered a knock-out performance in the superhit and hugely acclaimed movie, in which she took on the kingpin of a child trafficking racket.

Apart from her, Chunkey Panday's nephew Ahaan Panday may play the 21-year-old antagonist in Mardaani 2. The movie marks the directorial debut of Gopi Puthran, the writer of the first film. The release date of the film is yet to be announced.
