The duo was at the T-series for two consecutive days. For the first day, Nora donned a pink top and denim, while the Punjabi singer opted for a black t-shirt, jeans, and a denim jacket.
Nach Meri Rani has been composed and written by Tanishk Bagchi and sung by Guru Randhawa and Nikhita Gandhi. Before this, the duo had teamed up for Lagdi Lahore Di in Street Dancer 3D.
The young fresh pair rehearsed rigorously with choreographer Bosco and his team for seven days prior to the video shoot. This peppy dance track is conceptualized and created by team Retrophiles who have come up with a never seen before video idea which is new and innovative.
The next day, Nora changed into a white top and denim along with a pair of black heels. On the other hand, Randhawa looked dapper in his white t-shirt, black jacket and ripped jeans. He completed his look with a pair of white sneakers.
Talking about her new song, Nora in an interview said, "Naach Meri Rani is a very upbeat and groovy song, I was extremely excited. I love getting into the groove of any character, the moves required strong footwork and powerful leg movements. And when we shot for it the first day, I gave it my all, however, funnily enough, the heels of my shoes ripped off and the team had to arrange for another pair as we were yet to complete the shoot".
Guru Randhawa said, "I'm super stoked as almost after 5months we shot for a new track. It's something fresh and the song has a very upbeat groovy vibe to it like my other songs. Post lockdown, it was the first shoot we did in Mumbai in a week's schedule following all safety precautions and government norms. It was fun collaborating with Nora for the video and to match up to her craft, Bosco sir did a great job. I'm thankful to everyone who made this possible and super excited for my fans to hear it"
On the work front, Nora was last seen as a judge India's Best Dancer. She replaced Malaika Arora, who had got infected with COVID-19. Upon recovery, the actress resumed shooting. Last weekend marked the last episode of India's Best Dancer featuring Nora Fatehi. Emotional with all the love and support Nora received on the show, filling in the shoes of Malaika, the 'Dilbar' girl penned a heartwarming post on social media.
