Mouni Roy in a recent interview talked about lessons she learned in lockdown. Mouni said, "I realised a few things during lockdown that we otherwise never get a chance to sit down and analyse. I have understood that, in reality we need very little to feel happy because happiness is there in the small things of life. At times we just gather a lot of stuff in our house for no reason. In normal life, we tend to engage ourselves in many things that are otherwise irrelevant! If we want, we actually can stay away from such things!"

Mouni Roy further added, "I have also realised that as human beings we will come across different emotions like anger and being upset, but it is also very easy to drop these negative emotions if we work on these. If we practice meditation and yoga, and not just read thought-provoking books but apply those thoughts in life. We can get rid of negative emotions. Looking at the bigger picture, we do not even know what actually we are running after! It is like an endless goal, but we do not know where it is heading!"

On the work front, Mouni Roy will next be seen in Ayan Mukerji's action fantasy drama Brahmastra, co-starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Telugu superstar Nagarjuna.

Malaika Arora, recently, returned from her work-cum-pleasure trip to Dharamshala along with boyfriend Arjun Kapoor. The diva was there for a commercial shoot, while Arjun was shooting for his upcoming film Bhoot Police. It was a fun holiday of sorts for Malaika with Kareena Kapoor Khan too joining in with husband Saif Ali Khan, along with son Taimur Ali Khan.

Post her return from Dharamshala, Malaika Arora and beau Arjun Kapoor and been having some fun banter on their Instagram account as they keep posting some beautiful images. Malaika recently shared a very cute picture of the two in a candid and romantic moment in Dharamshala. She captioned it, "Never a dull moment when ur around [sic]"

On the work front, she was last seen judging the dance reality show India's Best Dancer along with Geeta Kapur and Terence Lewis.
