Rumours of his marriage to NRI investment banker Priya Runchal falling apart have surfaced from time to time for three years. Until now, John Abraham has always maintained an 'all is well' stance.

"Any relationship teaches you a lot about your strengths as well as drawbacks, and Priya has bought a lot of stability to my life. My relationship with her has made me a far more mature person," said John Abraham in an old interview with mid-day. 

John Abraham and Priya Runchal secretly tied the knot in 2014 and John announced it to the world with a subtle tweet. Thereafter, they have remained elusive, hardly spotted at B-Town parties or social gatherings. While Priya chooses to stay out of the limelight, she takes a keen interest in the actor's production house. John admits he was "always careful" about his finances, but his wife's expertise comes handy.

"Priya is fantastic. She has made a huge difference in the way we approach numbers and our business. She has studied in the best universities of the world and worked with some of the finest financial companies," John Abraham further added. 

On the work front, John Abraham, who was last seen opposite Mouni Roy in Romeo Akbar Walter, and will have two releases later this year - Nikkhil Advani's Batla House and Anees Bazmee's Pagalpanti.
