The newcomer in an exclusive interview recalled how a scene in Imtiaz Ali's Tamasha helped her grab the film. "I shot for that film five years ago, and had tasted blood [after the cameo]. I went up to him and told him I would love to do movies.
When she was called for an audition to Delhi last February, little did she know that she would find herself face-to-face with Ali again. "At the audition, I saw this curly-haired, tall man. It turned out to be Imtiaz sir. I got locked for the part 10 days later."

Elli AvRam was also spotted at the same dubbing studio. For the outing, the Haaye Oye dancer opted for a black top, trousers and plaid skirt.
Joining AvRam was Tusshar Kapoor. The Golmaal actor looked dashing in his casual avatar - black t-shirt, white pants and a pair of white shoes.
Saqib Saleem also happened to be at the dubbing studio. The Race 3 actor opted for a black t-shirt, denim, and black shoes. Saqib will be next seen playing the role of former cricket player Mohinder Amarnath in Ranveer Singh starrer '83. The film, directed by Kabir Khan is based on the Indian Cricket team's victory in the 1983 World Cup.
