National award-winning actress Tabu loves working with actor Ajay Devgn and says he is one of the most bankable actors in the industry. When it comes to film front, Tabu has a long working history with Ajay. She has worked with him in movies like Vijaypath, Haqeeqat, Takshak, Drishyam and Golmaal Again.
"He has had a brilliant career graph, and he is not only a great actor but also an amazing director and producer. I have always known him as someone who had the passion for directing films, even before he became an actor," added Tabu in a media interaction.
Tabu further added: "He is so sincere when it comes to his work. If a shot is ready for 7:00 a.m., Ajay will make sure he is on sets at the said time, giving his 200 per cent. He has grown from strength to strength, and he is one of the most bankable and finest actors in this industry."
Talking about her role in the film, Tabu said in an interview with mid-day: "Akiv [Ali, director] has offered an interesting take on relationships. Once you see it in the context of the film and not just the trailer, things become a lot clearer. The movie hasn't been made with an intention to be sexist. In fact, the female characters in the film are strong; they take a stand and make their own decisions. So I'd like people to watch the movie and then comment."
Tabu also said: "It's motivating when scripts are written for you. It pushes you as an artiste to stay true to the faith that the person has shown in you. De De Pyaar De talks about divorce, children affected by separation, a young girl's attraction to an older man and her conflict with his past. Bollywood films have always portrayed separation in a serious manner, but we have offered a light take on it."
