Janhvi Kapoor is one of the most sought after actresses of the current generation. The actress who made her acting debut in the Hindi film industry with 'Dhadak' has been a part of several interesting films that helped her develop her craft. Apart from working on her skills on screen, Janhvi has also been on the receiving end of praise for her looks. However, looking the way she does does not come easy. The actress follows a strict workout regime and gives her all at her sessions.
On Thursday, sending across some mid-week motivation Janhvi shared glimpse of her workout session. From cardio to functionla training, the actress is seen sweating it out in the gym under the guidance of her trainer. "@antigravity_club mornings are the best kind of mornings," she captioned the video. The Mili actress added the viral song, 'Ride It (sped up + reverb)'.

Janhvi Kapoor was last seen in the survival thriller, 'Mili'. The film was a remake of the Malayalam film, 'Helen'. The actress was much praised for her nuanced performance in the film. She has an interesting line up of films to look forward to. Janhvi will be seen in 'Bawaal' alongside Varun Dhawan, 'Mr and Mrs Mahi' with Rajkummar Rao. It is being reported that the actress has also been signed opposite Jr NTR for his upcoming film. While there is no official announcement, Janhvi has not denied the reports as well. The film will mark her debut in the South.

On the other hand, Janhvi's younger sister Khushi Kapoor will also be marking her debut in the film industry with Zoya Akhtar's The Archies. The musical based on the famous American comics 'The Archies' will be released on Netflix later this year. The film will also mark the debut of Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan and Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda.
