Shah Rukh Khan
Shah Rukh Khan's second film of the year 'Jawan' has also crossed the Rs 1000 crore mark at the worldwide box office. His first film of the year 'Pathaan', too, had crossed the glorious mark at the box office. Atlee's directorial is expected to beat the worldwide box office record set by 'Pathaan'. As the film marked this milestone an old video for Shah Rukh Khan has surfaced on social media where he spoke about delivering a massive blockbuster.
A video from his 10-year-old interview with IBNLive was shared on Reddit recently and his fans were left in awe on learning that he actually manifested it long ago. During the interview with the news channel, Shah Rukh was asked if it matters to him that a film should make it to the â¹100 crore club. The actor had replied, "Its too limiting to give a number. Why 100 crores? Make it 1000 crores. I like to wake up in the morning with unrealistic thoughts of a 1000 crore. Why am I limiting myself to a 100?"
A fan simply wrote in reaction to the video, "10 years later..." A comment also read: "Unrealistic. Two movies in a year which crossed 1000 crores back to back and probably the third will too. Sure SRK, unrealistic. Is there anything you won't achieve?"
Now with all eyes on Khan's third film of the year 'Dunki' , one wonders if the star will have a hattrick of Rs 1000 crore film. Also featuring actor Taapsee Pannu, "Dunki" is directed by Hirani from a script he co-wrote with Abhijaat Joshi and Kanika Dhillon. The movie is currently set for release on December 22.

During a recent #AskSR session on Twitter, a fan asked Shah Rukh will 'Dunki' feature any action sequences, which were aplenty in "Pathaan" and "Jawan". To this, the actor replied, "#Dunki is all funny and emotional. It's Raju sirs world mere bhai. Thoda sa action maine daal diya haiâ¦pata nahi sir rahein na rakheinâ¦.woh editor bhi hain na." Another fan asked if the Christmas release date of "Dunki" has been locked and the actor said, "#Dunki Fixed hi hai. Aur kya karoon Maathe pe gudwa loon." The session also witnessed a friendly banter between SRK and Hirani.
