Tabu's social media account hacked; shares a cautionary message

After Farah Khan, Vikrant Massey, Esha Deol, Ameesha Patel and Urmila Matondkar, Tabu is the latest B-Town actor to have her social media account compromised. The actor took to Instagram Stories to share a cautionary message. Hack alert. My account is hacked. Please do not click on any link from my account." It appears that a team of hackers seem to be targeting Bollywood stars. Riteish Deshmukh has cautioned colleagues to be wary of clicking on links sent on DM on Instagram.

Tabu is not the first actress whose profile has been hacked. There are many such instances of a lot of Bollywood celebrities who have faced the brunt of the hackers. A few months ago, Sussanne Khan's Instagram account was also hacked through a fake e-mail ID. Actresses like Esha Gupta, Pooja Hegde, director Shoojit Sircar too went through the same trauma.

On the work front, Tabu was last seen A Suitable Boy and Jawaani Jaaneman. Now, the actress is gearing up for a few more promising projects. One of it will be Anees Bazmee's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The actress is currently busy with her prior commitments, will get back to Kartik Aryan-starrer horror-comedy soon. A source revealed in an interview with mid-day, "Due to the date issues, Tabu was in the process of exiting the project. However, the makers are keen to retain her and are reworking the schedule to accommodate her. The shoot, which was to commence later this month, followed by a short stint in Lucknow, has now been tentatively pushed to July 2021. The new dates will be finalised soon."
