On behalf of superstar Salman Khan, his production company, Salman Khan Films issued a statement clarifying that they are not associated with any third party for casting in films. The firm also threatened to take legal action against the fraudsters.
"This is to clarify that neither Mr Salman Khan nor Salman Khan Films are casting for any film currently. We have not hired any casting agents for any of our future films. Please do not trust any emails or messages received by you for this purpose. Legal action will be taken if any party is found falsely using Mr Khan's or SKF's name in any unauthorised manner," the statement read.

Last year as well, Salman's company issued a warning against fake casting calls using his name. Salman established his film production and distribution company, Salman Khan Films in 2011. The first film produced under the banner was Chillar Party, directed by Nitesh Tiwari and Vikas Bahl. Reportedly, the money generated from film productions is donated to the Being Human organization.

Meanwhile, on the work front, superstar Salman Khan was last seen in the film 'Tiger 3' that had cameos by Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan as well. The third film of the Tiger franchise saw Salman Khan as Tiger save democracy in Pakistan along with Katrina Kaif's Zoya. He recently wrapped Bigg Boss 17 as the host with a grand finale episode of six hours as well.
Salman Khan is currently preparing for his upcoming film with 'Shershaah' director Vishnu Vardhan. Titled The Bull, the shoot of the film has been delayed. According to a recent report in Bollywood Hungama, the India-Maldives conflict has had an impact on the shoot of the film. The Bull is based on the famous 'Operation Cactus' conducted by the Indian Army to protect the Maldives from a terror attack. Khan plays the role of Farrok Bulsarra in the film and has already started his training to lose weight and get into the shape of an army officer. A closed source told the news portal, "Karan, Vishnu, and Salman need more time to decide on the exact route that the screenplay will take. They are reworking on certain elements of the script and will take the film on floors once the ugly relationship between the two countries settles down a bit. At the moment, the February schedule has been delayed by at-least 2 months."
