Those in the know state that the recreated version of yesteryear chartbuster 'Gulabi Aankhen Jo Teri Dekhi' for the Sonakshi Sinha-starrer 'Noor' has elements of EDM, fast-paced beats coupled with trendy dance moves.
Mohammed Rafi's classic number from the Rajesh Khanna and Nanda-starrer 'The Train' (1970) was composed by the legendary RD Burman. While the song has had several cover versions, it has been recreated by Amaal Malik for Noor. Sona has already grooved to the track in Sunhil Sippy's directorial venture, which is slated for release in April.
The film is based on Pakistani author Saba Imtiaz's novel Karachi, You're Killing Me! and follows a Pakistani journalist-writer's misadventures in Mumbai.
