Anubhav Sinha, Hansal Mehta, Anurag Kashyap, Sudhir Mishra and Ketan Mehta

Filmmakers Anubhav Sinha, Hansal Mehta, Anurag Kashyap, Sudhir Mishra and Ketan Mehta caught up with each other at Sinha's office over some ‘garma garam samosas', the ideal indulgence for a rainy day. It was reunion time as they were meeting after long, and Kashyap stepped out for the first time after undergoing an angioplasty.

Sinha expressed his happiness as he met his friends and posted a picture of his reunion with the other talented filmmakers. "The office felt really privileged today with so many friends dropping by. Samosas we're had aplenty as it rained outside," he wrote on Instagram.

The reunion picture has garnered several likes and comments. Actor Dia Mirza described the group as 'diggaj log'. "Arre baap re. Diggaj log," Dia commented. "Lethal," actor Divya Dutta wrote. Richa Chadha wrote, "Happy to see smiling faces."

With such a talented bunch brainstorming on story ideas, we won't be surprised if a new project is announced soon.

Talking about Anubhav, the filmmaker who began his cinema journey with the romantic film 'Tum Bin' in 2001 and then went on to make films like 'Cash', ' Dus' and 'Ra One', shifted his direction and helmed projects like 'Mulk', 'Article 15' and 'Thappad' in the recent years. Anubhav's upcoming film is 'Anek', which marks his second collaboration with actor Ayushmann Khurrana.
