Without much delay, SLB is targeting to announce the film in March 2024.

Taking up the legacy of real and authentic cinema ahead, the filmmaker recently introduced the world of 'Heeramandi' and gave the audiences a frenzy treat of his kind of cinema having kept all the detailing and pureness of his kind of cinema intact.'
'Heeramandi' dives into the world of the courtesan, when they were the queens. Manisha Koirala who will be seen playing a pivotal role in the series will be returning to the screen with the director after two decades. The series also features Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sharmin Segal, and Sanjeeda Sheikh.
After 'Gangubai Kathiawadi,' Sanjay Leela Bhansali will be coming back with this riveting tale, making it his first step into the OTT realm. 'Heeramandi' is going to be the most Indian story told in a most Indian way on the global platform.
