Alvira Agnihotri, Salman Khan and Arpita Khan Sharma
On Tuesday, Arpita Khan Sharma shared a post on Instagram confirming that she tested positive for COVID-19 last month. "I was asymptomatic and followed the guidelines. I have recovered and have been well since," she wrote. Her statement comes a day after brother Salman Khan reportedly said during the promotions of Radhe - Your Most Wanted Bhai that some family members, including sisters, Alvira and Arpita, had contracted the virus.
Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma tied the knot in 2014 and became proud parents one more time on December 27, 2019, on Salman Khan's birthday, when Ayat also came into their lives.

On the work front, Salman Khan will be next seen in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, also starring Jackie Shroff and Disha Patani. The actor has been constantly promoting the film on social media and leaving fans amazed with its Eid release. Salman Khan has recently released a few songs from his film, making her followers dance to his tunes once again, like any other year.
Speaking about the difficult times and his film releases, Salman Khan shared in a media interaction, "I apologise to all the theatre owners that we are doing this film now but it is the right thing to do. The intention was to release as soon as the pandemic is over but it doesn't seem to get over. If you remember, a few months ago on social media they were requesting that the film comes on Eid in theatres. Which we agreed to because they said 1000 single screens have shut down."
The actor further added, "We agreed as they thought that getting Radhe on screens would get the crowds back and theatres would be functional, but that did not happen. Now the film is releasing on OTT, abroad and in 20-25 theatres that are open here. Once the theatres open, even after doing this OTT release, if they (audience) like the film, they will want to go and see the film in theatres. Also, there is a particular audience that does not watch stuff on OTT. We will do a release in the theatres as well."
