After taking on those selling pirated versions of Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, Salman Khan is now focussing on those taking potshots at his film. The superstar has slapped a defamation notice against actor-producer Kamaal R Khan for his unfavourable review on YouTube in which he poked fun at Sallu and co-actors and said that "watching the film is as dangerous as roaming around without a mask in current times."
A statement issued from DSK Legal, advocates for Salman Khan and Salman Khan Ventures, read, "Mr. Kamaal R Khan, the Defendant, has put out a series of tweets and videos alleging that Mr. Salman Khan has sued him for defamation because the Defendant reviewed the film, Radhe. This is incorrect. The suit has been filed as the Defendant has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Mr. Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand "Being Human" are involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are dacoits. The Defendant has been spreading malicious falsehoods and defaming Mr. Salman Khan consistently over several months, clearly with a view to draw attention to himself. Mr. Kamaal R. Khan's lawyer made a statement in Court today that Mr. Kamaal R. Khan "will not put any remarks of defamatory nature against plaintiff on social media till next date". The Hon'ble Court has been pleased to pass an order taking into account this statement made by Mr. Kamaal R. Khan's lawyer."

KRK shared a copy of the legal notice on social media and wrote, "I review films just for fun. If I knew that Salman would get affected, I would have not done it." KRK requested for the case to be withdrawn and added that "Salman should make better films."

Earlier, Salman Khan also urged people to stop piracy when his last release hit the web and was a victim of cybercrime. On the basis of a suit filed by Zee, the Delhi High Court has ordered WhatsApp users to stop circulating Salman Khan's latest film "Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai". This comes after the distributor alleged that the film has been a victim of rampant piracy through social media platforms.
"Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai" is Salman's Eid release for 2021, and is scheduled to drop digitally on Thursday. The film directed by Prabhu Deva also stars Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Arjun Kanungo and Randeep Hooda.
