Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has reportedly sold two apartments in the Goregaon area of Mumbai. As per reports, the apartments have been sold at a rate of Rs 15.25 crore. The apartments were purchased by Singh in the year 2014 for Rs 4.64 crore each.
According to reports in MoneyControl, the apartments owned by Singh were located in the Oberoi Exquisite, a high-end residential complex in Goregaon East in Mumbai. The apartments are each 1,324 square feet in size and have a total of six parking spots.
Reportedly, the stamp duty for each flat was Rs 45.75 lakh. The apartments were sold to an individual living in the same complex. According to the deal, the transaction was completed on November 6.
Ranveer Singh who lives in Prabhadevi with his wife Deepika Padukone also owns other properties in the city, In 2022, it was reported that the actor paid Rs 119 crore for a quadruplex flat in Bandra West. The actor and his father Five Oh Media Works LLP have recently acquired an opulent property in Mumbai. The company has purchased one apartment each on the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floor of the upscale building, Sagar Resham, located at Bandstand, Bandra West. The four-floor luxury apartment has been bought for a whopping Rs 118.94 crore, with a paid stamp duty of Rs 7.13 crore. The residential property boasts a substantial carpet area of 11,266 sq. ft., a lavish terrace space of 1,300 sq. ft., and comes with 19 car parking spots. The quadruplex is likely to serve as the primary home for Singh and his actor wife Deepika Padukone.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh was last seen in the film 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' directed by Karan Johar. The actor witnessed massive success after back-to-back failures at the box office. His previous films 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar', '83' and 'Cirkus' failed to perform well at the box office. The actor has next been roped in by Farhan Akhtar as the new Don for 'Don 3'. He will be taking forward the character popularised by Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan. The actor is currently filming for Singham Again which also stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor.
