Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt look stunning as the groom and the bride, actress shares gorgeous pictures

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were together for over four years and the couple has finally tied the knot after many speculations in the media about their wedding date. The groom's mother Neetu Kapoor and sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni confirmed the date while candidly talking to the media a day before the D-Day.

And now, the couple's fans will be very excited to see the wedding pictures that have just dropped on social media. The actress shared some stunning pictures and both the groom and the bride look like a dream. Alia shared the pictures and wrote- "Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favourite spot - the balcony we've spent the last 5 years of our relationship - we got married.With so much already behind us, we can't wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites."

The Kapoor and Bhatt family have been busy with the wedding festivities for the last two days. Yesterday, the mehendi ceremony was held at Kapoor's residence Vastu that was attended by the respective family members and filmmaker Karan Johar. Everyone from Kareena Kapoor Khan to Riddhima Kapoor Sahni to Karisma Kapoor to Neetu Kapoor to Shaheen Bhatt looked beautiful in their traditional avatars.

Ranbir and Alia are now coming together for the first time in Ayan Mukerji's Superhero trilogy ‘Brahmastra' that also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. The first part is all set for a release on September 9 this year.

For the uninitiated, Ayan shared a glimpse of the song ‘Kesariya' from the film that showcased the lead pair's endearing and electric chemistry. Even Amitabh Bachchan shared the link of the song to congratulate the couple for starting a new chapter of their lives.
