The Ram Mandir inauguration today was graced by several noted personalities including singers Sonu Nigam and Shankar Mahadevan. The two prolific singers enthralled the guests at the ceremony with their magical voice as they sung Ram bhajan ahead of the ceremony. The Ram Mandir will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
At the venue, Sonu sang the popular âRam Siya Ram' song for the attendees. He was seen dressed in a cream-coloured kurta with matching pants and a shawl. Watch a glimpse of Sonu's performance here:

Earlier, while talking about the ceremony, Sonu Nigam called the event an emotional experience. "This is a very emotional moment. I am happy that there is joy and enthusiasm in the world wherever there is Sanatana Dharma. It feels great that we can see this, that God chose us to be born in an era when such an event is taking place. I am one of the fortunate people who have received an invitation..." he said.
Similarly, Shankar Mahadevan also sang devotional songs praising Lord Ram in front of the large crowd assembled for the ceremony.
While talking to media person at the airport, Mahadevan said, "Not only the whole country but the whole world is waiting for this moment. We are so happy and excited and we feel blessed that we are state guests to be part of this. I think this is the biggest event that has happened in the history of India."
Bollywood celebs like Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Ayushmann Khurrana, Kangana Ranaut, Tiger Shroff and Asha Bhosale, among others are also present at the ceremony.
The Pran Prathistha ceremony will be held today in the temple town of Ayodhya amid tight security. The historic ritual of Ram Lalla's 'Pran Pratistha' will take place in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, saints, and a host of distinguished guests. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust announced on Sunday that the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony will be marked by a dazzling musical event titled 'Mangal Dhwani'.
The soiree, featuring some of the biggest names in the world of music, will be staged at 10 am. The 'Pran Pratishtha' of Shri Ram Lalla at Ayodhya Temple will be held at 12:30 pm.
