Salman Khan and Rakhi Sawant
Rakhi Sawant attended a press conference in the city on Saturday evening. At the press conference, the actress addressed the gun-firing incident outside Salman Khan's house on April 14. Sawant who shares a close bond with Salman Khan expressed concern over his safety. She also urged PM Modi to increase Khan's security.
At the press conference, while talking about the moment she found out about the incident, Rakhi said, "I cried a lot when I found out. I was in Dubai. Salman Khan is more important to our country than the Kohinoor diamond. We need Salman Khan to be safe. Modi Ji, you provided so much security to Kangana Ranaut for no reason".
She further said Salman Khan is extremely important for the country and his safety should be prioritized. "Salman is also the messiah of the poor. I will join my hands and say to Salman Khan that he should never come to the balcony. So, for his fans, I think he can book a big hotel and come there, where there is security," Rakhi added.
"We want Salman Khan to be safe. Modi Ji, please provide Salman Khan with Z-class, X-class, Y-class, and all levels of security. You gave so much security to Kangana Ranaut without any reason. There was no one after her. So, I think Salman Khan should be given a lot of security. He is our Bollywood legend. He is my brother too," Rakhi remarked in her appeal.
