It's the first Diwali for actress Parineeti Chopra and politician Raghav Chadha as a married couple. The two tied the knot in September this year and celebrated their first Diwali together this weekend. On Monday morning, Parineeti dropped beautiful pictures of them celebrating Diwali 2023.

Sharing a bunch of lovely photos with her husband, Parineeti captioned the images, "My home." For the festivities, Parineeti wore a maroon shimmery saree and Raghav complimented her in a black kurta with a red and black dupatta. In one of the pics, Parineeti is seen giving Raghav a peck on the cheek as the latter gives a wide smile.

It was a double celebration for the couple as Raghav turned a year older on November 11. On his birthday, the actress posted many loved-up pictures with Raghav that exuded love and happiness. In one picture, the couple is taking a selfie, looking ever-in-love, in another picture, they have their backs turned to the camera as they watch a match; and in another picture, the two pose while looking chic.

Parineeti Chopra captioned the loving pictures with the sweetest note. It read, "You're the best gift God has given me, my Ragaii! Your mind and intelligence amaze me. Your values, honesty and faith make me want to be a better human being. Your commitment to family makes me feel blessed everyday. Your calm is my medicine. Today is officially my favourite day because you were born today, for me. Happy birthday husband! Thankyou for choosing me back..(sic.)"

The actress married Raghav Chadha on September 24 in Udaipur, Rajasthan. It was an intimate ceremony with family members and close friends in attendance. The venue was situated in the middle of Lake Pichola and looked serene as it was adorned in shades of white for the high-profile wedding.

On the work front, Parineeti was most recently seen in Akshay Kumar's Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue. In the film, Actress Parineeti Chopra plays Akshay Kumar's love interest. Produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Ajay Kapoor, the film, directed by Tinu Suresh Desai and music by Jjust Music, promises to bring to life the coal mine accident that shook not only the nation but also the world.
