Munawar Faruqui, the Bigg Boss 17 winner, is widely popular for his shayaris and stand-up comedy. The comedian has now taken a dig at the ongoing Pune car crash case that killed two engineers.
Yesterday, Faruqui took to his X account and made two tweets. The actor took a dig at the rich youngster and wrote, "Woh Porsche kharid sakta hai, toh baaki cheezein bhi kharid hi li hongi." Hinting that a person who has money to buy a Porsche can buy everything else as well, he was pointing toward the Juvenile Justice Board's decisions.

In another tweet, Munawar Faruqui. wrote, "When I was 17, I had a Nokia 1100 with 2 rubber bands." Referring to the case, a few days ago, a 17-year-old boy under the influence of alcohol hit two engineers because of rash driving. The two died on the spot, and an FIR was registered against the 17-year-old Porsche driver.
Further, the Juvenile Justice Board initially granted bail to the 17-year-old within 15 hours. The bail conditions required him to write an essay and assist the traffic police for some time. This decision met with intense public outrage. People have started calling out the Justice Board for their decision, and soon after, memes started flooding social media.
Munawar Faruqui's work front:
Munawar Faruqui recently won the trophy of the popular reality show Bigg Boss 17. The stand-up comedian also won a cash prize of Rs 50 lakh. Munawar gained popularity after winning the reality show Lock Upp, which was hosted by Kangana Ranaut. After coming out of Bigg Boss, he did a music video with Hina Khan, âHalki Halki Si'.
There had been reports claiming that Munawar will make an entry into Rohit Shetty's stunt-based reality show âKhatron Ke Khiladi 14,' but it looks like things are not working out there.
Meanwhile, the stand-up comedian, rapper, and singer released his new song, Dhando, recently. This marked his first song after he came out of the Bigg Boss house.
