Monday Motivation: When Katrina Kaif became Alia Bhatt's gym trainer!

The actress, known for her strength, agility, and fitness discipline, has served inspiration to millions of her fans. Katrina has even motivated her industry friends to push their boundaries and attain the highest level of fitness in the right manner.

One of the celebrities who received strict training from Katrina was Alia Bhatt. A couple of years ago, the former trained the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actress at the gym. Making her break an extra sweat, Katrina ensured Alia completed her daily fitness targets. In the viral video, the latter struggled to lift weights while squatting. The Tiger 3 star was one tough trainer who paid no heed to her cries.

Despite being each other's contemporaries, Katrina and Alia are best friends. In an interview with SheThePeopleTV, the latter gave a major shoutout to the former and Deepika Padukone for the courage they showed with regard to their careers and business choices.

Alia said, "While I'm here talking about other women entrepreneurs, I would like to give major shoutouts to my contemporaries. Like, somebody like Deepika, who started her own skincare brand 82 East with some lovely products that I've tried. Another friend of mine, Katrina, has her own makeup brand - Kay Beauty. Again, done so well in the market of makeup, and done extremely well for herself."

She added, "I really admire women who can come out there and as I said, put their mouth is, believe in a certain brand and back it, and do all that they can, to push it and promote it. Even like women producers, for example, women directors - I will continue to support them. Not because they are women. Only because I admire the courage and I admire who can stand out and say this is something that I will do myself."

Katrina and Alia will be doing a film together for the first time. Titled Jee Le Zaraa, the road trip film also stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Directed by Farhan Akhtar, it is yet to go on floors.
