Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh
The debut episode of Koffee With Karan 8 was indeed special. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh made their first appearance together on the show, giving it a fantastic opening. The couple provided insights into their relationship, marriage, and mental health on Karan Johar's highly popular chat show. While Deepika and Ranveer's wedding video stole the show, listening to how Ranveer Singh supported Deepika Padukone's mental health, was truly an enlightening experience.
Deepika Padukone has always been open about her mental health struggles, being at the forefront of the movement. On this episode of KWK, Johar opened up about his own mental health struggle, which prompted Deepika Padukone to discuss her journey navigating the struggle. Karan went on to ask Ranveer Singh, the ever-doting husband, about how he manages to support Deepika Padukone.
During a shoot, Deepika called Ranveer, revealing, "I've had a blackout, and I've had a fall. Can you come home?" Ranveer, without hesitation, ended the call and rushed to be by her side. He described the unsettling moment when he saw Deepika, saying, "When I went and saw her, there wasn't something right. She was with you, she was looking at you, but she wasn't all there."
He goes on to recount the moment he knew this was a serious problem. Ranveer recalled having breakfast across from her one day, and Deepika was just crying. "Copious tears were flowing down," he added.

On a lighter note, the couple also unveiled their highly anticipated wedding video.
