The trailer for 'Kalki 2898 AD' has been released today, and it is all things grand. The makers have been keeping the audience on their toes with intriguing updates. Just two days ago, they dropped an intriguing poster of Deepika Padukone's look from the film.
Today, while sharing the 'Kalki 2898 AD' trailer, the makers commented, 'THE BATTLE BEGINS NOW.' The trailer of 'Kalki' takes us back to the time of the Mahabharata and then brings us forward to the era of technology. It shows how Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan battle it out in a post-apocalyptic world.

Prabhas while sharing the trailer on his Instagram wrote, "The Future Unveiled⦠#Kalki2898AD Trailer is Here! See you in theatres on June 27th, 2024."

'Kalki' was first scheduled to hit theaters on May 9 but was later shifted to June 27. The film boasts an interesting ensemble cast, including Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Disha Patani, and Kamal Haasan.

A recent glimpse into the world of 'Kalki 2898 AD' through Amitabh Bachchan's character as Ashwatthama left fans in awe, particularly with the stunning de-aging transformation of the legendary actor. The character reveal video, a true pan-India teaser, showcased a blend of languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and English.
The teaser promo, aired on Star Sports, showed Bachchan draped in yellow attire, depicted praying before a Shiva linga inside a cave. When asked who he is by a child, he responds, 'Since ancient times, I have awaited the arrival of the Avatar. I am Guru Drona's son. Ashwatthama.'
