Kajol is known for her sense of humour and cheery nature. The actress has her own take on everything and finds humour in serious situations too. Kajol, who is all set for her digital debut with Tribhanga: Tedhi Medhi Crazy, along with Mithila Palkar and Tanvi Azmi, shared a little about her lockdown days in an interview with Pinkvilla. The actress spilled the beans on how her lockdown days just went by, and how she found space for herself despite the difficult times.
In the media interaction, Kajol shared what it was like to be a mother during the lockdown period. She said, "It was a very, very concentrated period as a mother. My son goes to school from 8 am to 4 pm and now school came home and I had to attend it with him at least to make sure that he was in class."
"It was an interesting quarantine for us as a family. It was really intense and interesting," Kajol added.
The actress concluded, "At the end of the quarantine, I have to say that I'm very grateful for the fact that we had four bedrooms in the house. Each of us could get one bedroom and we could all go into the room and lock ourselves in whenever it felt like... to get that space from each other."

Kajol, in an interview with mid-day, spoke about her role in Tribhanga, "My character is outspoken and opinionated, like viewers [perceive] me to be. Yet, she is different. The film is a celebration of women and their beautiful imperfections. We must embrace these [flaws] and live on our own terms, just the way [the protagonists] Nayan, Anu, and Masha do."
The film, written and directed by Renuka Shahane, also features Tanvi Azmi and Mithila Palkar. It is a family drama about three distinct women and their unconventional life choices.
