Ever since the release of Dhadak, Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor have been receiving love from everywhere. The film is doing great at the box-office and the duo feel nothing but gratitude towards everyone who have loved the film. The team of Dhadak celebrated this success with the members of the media on Thursday. Also, present were director Shashank Khaitan, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta (CEO of Dharma Productions), Shariq Patel (CEO of Zee Studios) and Anurag Bedi (Zee Music).
Karan Johar, who thanked everyone associated to Dhadak said, "We are all huge fans of Sairat. Dhadak is our way of paying homage to the film." Thanking Dharma Productions for the association, CEO of Zee Studios - Shariq Patel says, "We couldn't have found better partners than Dharma. Dhadak has been loved and hated but not ignored."
On talking about adapting the Marathi hit Sairat, director Shashank Khaitan says, "After watching the film, I felt the need to tell this story. I have tried to make Dhadak with honesty and sincerity"
"Dhadak was made with all heart and I am overwhelmed that it connected with the people", adds Janhvi.

While talking about his feelings post the release, Ishaan says, "I can't trade this experience with anything else in life. I am grateful to everyone who gave me this opportunity."
Dhadak has collected Rs. 48.01 crore at the box office, which is a huge benchmark for a film lead by fresh faces.
