Bollywood actor Inder Kumar passes away in Mumbai

Bollywood actor Inder Kumar, who starred in Salman Khan's 'Wanted', died due to a massive heart attack in Mumbai today. He was 43.
According to family sources, the actor suffered a heart attack at around 12:30 AM while he was at his residence in Four Bungalows, Andheri.
He will be cremated today at Yaari Road Shamshaan Bhoomi around 6 PM.

Inder worked in several films and starred alongside Salman in 'Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye', 'Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge' and 'Wanted'.
He had also appeared in Ekta Kapoor's long-running TV soap 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' as Mihir Virani.
The actor hit headlines in 2014 when a model accused him of raping her on the pretext of giving her a role in a Bollywood movie.
Currently, he was working on a film titled, 'Phati Padi Hai Yaar'.

Actor Omkar Kapoor, who worked with Kumar in the 1996 film, Masoom, says, "He was dedicated to his work and a genuine guy. It's unfortunate that he was battling a number of problems recently."
Actress Raveena Tandon, who worked with Inder in 1996 film 'Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi', took to Twitter to condole his death.
"Omg shocking news. Worked with him in Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi. Too young to go. May his soul rest in peace. God give strength to his family," she wrote.

In April 2014, Inder Kumar was arrested by the Versova police after a woman registered a FIR alleging that he had raped and assaulted her. He denied the allegations saying that he had a consensual relationship with the woman. Inder Kumar was later granted bail.
Inder is survived by daughter Khushi, whom he had with Sonal, and his second wife Pallavi. He was from Kolkata, but was born in Jaipur.
