Ileana D'cruz, the newest parent in town, welcomed her first kid, Koa Phoenix Dolan, with her long-time partner. The 'Main Tera Hero' actress kept her fans and followers updated, throughout her pregnancy. The actress, who recently shared the news of her baby's birth, is now celebrating 'one week' as a mother.
On Wednesday morning, Ileana D'cruz posted a sweet picture on her Instagram. The photograph shows a close-up of her baby Koa clutching her finger. Ileana, while sharing the adorable picture, wrote, "1 week of being your Mama (red heart emoji)."

Earlier on Saturday, Ileana announced the birth of her child through an Instagram post. She had uploaded the first image of her son, which was a monochrome photograph of him sleeping. The actress said in her post that her son was born on August 1. The âBarfi' actress, while posting the picture, wrote, "No words could explain how happy we are to welcome our darling boy to the world... Hearts beyond full."
As soon as Ileana dropped the news of her baby's birth, many Bollywood celebs, including Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Malaika Arora, Athiya Shetty, Huma Qureshi, Nargis Fakhri, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and others, congratulated her on the wonderful news and wished her well.
Ileana had kept her partner's identity hidden for a long time. She had remained tight-lipped about her love life since announcing her pregnancy. The actress also teased her fans by sharing hazy photographs with her beau. The âRustom' actress recently revealed his identity in pictures from a romantic date night.
For the unversed, a DNA India article disclosed the identity of Ileana's mystery partner, Michael Dolan, as well as the fact that he and the actress are already married. According to rumours, the couple married in a secret ceremony on May 13 of this year, four weeks before Ileana revealed her pregnancy on social media.
On the work front, the actress was last seen in âThe Big Bull'. The film was a biographical crime drama directed and written by Kookie Gulati, based on stockbroker Harshad Mehta. In the film, Ileana was seen opposite Abhishek Bachchan.
