Bebo's superheroes: On Sunday, Kareena Kapoor Khan marked Father's Day by posting a snapshot with papa Randhir Kapoor and ‘the father of her kids' Saif Ali Khan, and called them superheroes. Sara Ali Khan shared a throwback monochrome picture with dad Saif and brother Ibrahim. She sent love to her abba and left fans yet again in awe of her amazing transformation for Bollywood.

Clean sweep: Vicky Kaushal saw the funny side of the childhood picture he shared with stunt choreographer father Sham Kaushal. He captioned it, "Sham aur Shakaal." Kulbhushan Kharbanda is best known for his role as the bald antagonist Shakaal in Shaan (1980).

Riding the waves: As Sidharth Malhotra's father Sunil was in the merchant navy, the actor wrote, "Happy Father's Day to the captain of our ship for smoothly sailing us through thick and thin. I love you... boatloads."

There's lots in a name: New ‘dad' Varun Dhawan chose Father's Day for the christening ceremony of his ‘boy'. After a great deal of deliberation, including taking the help of netizens, he named the pup, Joey. The actor, who embraced fatherhood last week, is a fan of Friends and loved the name of Matt LeBlanc's character. As Kriti Sanon's pooch is called Phoebe, she's planning another Friends reunion at Dhawan's Juhu home. Stars with pups named Ross, Rachel, Monica, Chandler need to contact Sanon ASAP.

The guiding light: Akshay Kumar posted pictures with father Hari Om Bhatia and children, Aarav and Nitara. The superstar's emotional note read, "My father gave me an ocean of love and wisdom. If I've been able to pass on even a few drops to my kids, my work here is well done."

Memories linger on: Madhuri Dixit-Nene penned a note for late father Shankar. "Today is one of those days when I miss you dad, and I feel blessed to have the most loving father-in-law. Seeing the bond that Ram shares with the boys fills my heart," she wrote.
