Shah Rukh Khan's dramatic return to the big screen has been every bit successful as Pathaan continues to rake in the moolah. After crossing the whopping Rs 500-crore mark in record time, the film has minted Rs 667 crore, worldwide in eight days alone. Pathaan released on January 25. Director Siddharth Anand suggested that the film worked because "there was a thirst [that] SRK created for him". Pathaan also featured Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in pivotal roles, and is expected to be part of a larger spy universe.

Hum Aapke Hain Koun actor Renuka Shahne has stated that director Sooraj Barjatya's father had warned her ahead of her appointment to the film. "Raj babuji had told me, âOnce you do this, if you have any ambition to become a heroine, you are not going to get those offers, because you will be typecast as someone's sister or wife.' I was fine with that."
The release date of Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt-starrer Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani has been pushed to July 28. The film was earlier scheduled to hit screens on April 28. On November 13 2022, Karan Johar, who is returning to direction after his last outing, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, with this offering, had announced that the film would release on April 28. On Thursday, he took to Instagram to announce the new date.
As per reports, Prabhas's upcoming Telugu science-fiction action-drama, Project K, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, is likely to be released in two parts, just like the actor's acclaimed Baahubali franchise. The first part is expected to be released in April 2024.

A Mumbai-based paparazzo has said that his team will be covering Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani's wedding in Jaisalmer from February 4 to February 6. He shared that the wedding will reportedly take place at the Suryagarh Palace in Jaisalmer. "We are heading to Jaisalmer to cover Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra's wedding. We will land tomorrow and then take a jeep to Jaisalmer. One team will have to wait at the Jodhpur airport to cater to guests who may not take chartered flights to Jaisalmer. We are not sure what we are going to get, but we will brace for the cold weather and try our best (sic)," he shared on Instagram.
Anil Kapoor took to Instagram to share a string of photographs featuring his journey of four decades in Bollywood. The pictures show him winning multiple awards during his run in the industry. "In the four decades that I've been around, tides have changed, talent has changed, tastes have changed and audiences certainly have changed. The one thing that hasn't changed is the virtue of hard work, persistence and conviction, and they are rewards enough. But a few awards don't hurt," he wrote alongside the images. Kapoor, who was recently seen in Thar with his son Harsh Varrdhan, will feature in the action-thriller series, The Night Manager, which also stars Aditya Roy Kapur. It is an adaptation of a Brit series of the same name, featuring Tom Hiddleston.
Suniel Shetty-hosted Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) reality show Kumite 1 Warrior Hunt, is all set to air from February 12. Shetty said, "MMA is truly an interesting sport. Discipline, determination, and dedication are at the very core of this sport, and that's something we are looking for in our participants." This is touted to be India's first-ever MMA reality show, featuring 16 short-listed contestants.
