Actors Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's upcoming romantic drama has been titled Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, the makers announced yesterday. Billed as "an impossible love story", the movie will be released in theatres on February 9. "This Valentine's week, experience an impossible love story! Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya [releases] in cinemas on February 9," Dinesh Vijan's production house posted on its social media pages.
On World Hindi Day yesterday, content creator and actor Bhuvan Bam spoke about how creating content in the language helped him reach across the spectrum, and gain attention. "I've always believed in the power of storytelling in our own language. The love and response from the audience have been overwhelming. It's heartening to see how content in Hindi can bridge connections and create a shared experience. It's important we shed light on the language we have grown up speaking, consuming, and relating to. It's the language that got me closer to millions of people through both the digital and the real world," he shared.

Kriti Sanon completed a decade in the South Indian film industry. Referring to her first South film, 1: Nenokkadine, which was led by Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu, she wrote: "Its been 10 years since my first ever film. My first Telugu film with my first ever co-star, @urstrulymahesh sir! So many memories and so much gratitude in my heart! How lovely and nostalgic it was to meet you again after ages! So much has changed, but it is still the same (sic)."
The screenplay of the Manoj Bajpayee-starrer Joram has been acquired by the Library of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences for its Permanent Core Collection. Screenplays added to the core collection are made accessible to students, filmmakers, writers, actors, and others from the field of cinema for the purpose of research. Over the years, this collection has grown to include scripts for more than 11,000 films from 1910, till date. Commenting on the same, writer-director Devashish Makhija said: "Creating Joram took endless passion and commitment from a small army of brilliant people. We are thrilled to see the film's screenplay become part of the Academy Library's Permanent Core Collection. This recognition from such a prestigious institution is rare, precious, and humbling."
Actor-singer Dot, whose real name is Aditi Saigal, and who featured alongside Agastya Nanda and Suhana Khan in The Archies, has unveiled her latest single, Girls night, which embraces a sunny jazz-pop vibe. Explaining the inspiration behind the track, Dot said, "Girls night is about two of my closest friends. We buy loads of wine and have the most intelligent and empathetic conversations. We laugh, we're sensitive, we can be rowdy, we talk about boys, and we sometimes don't know what it is that we're feeling."
Hrithik Roshan's Fighter co-star Anil Kapoor and director Siddharth Anand extended their warm birthday wishes to Bollywood's Greek God, who turned 50 yesterday. Roshan and Kapoor will share the screen in the aerial action film directed by Anand. Kapoor shared a picture from the sets of the film and wrote: "The inspired said to the inspiration - âAre you for real!?' Kaun inspired hai aur kaun inspiration, I'll leave the guesswork to you. Happy Birthday, HR." Anand took to his handle and dropped unseen photos from the sets. "Apart from wishing you, a little thank-you note on your big day. Ten years ago, we began our journey together. You believed in me at a point when very few people did. Life has never been the same for me. I don't think I ever thanked you for the small, and big things. You have a heart like no other. People who know you will vouch for that. Today, I wish you the best of health, immeasurable happiness, and abundant success. May we keep walking together," wrote the director.
Kangana Ranaut has come out in support of her Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi co-star Ankita Lokhande, who is a contestant in Bigg Boss 17, and shared that the media is attempting to break her family by creating a false narrative. Ranaut took to her Instagram stories to share a snippet from the interview of Lokhande's mother-in-law, in which she is seen talking about why she should lift the trophy. "Media doing their best to break their family. They won't show @lokhandeankita's saasumaa rooting for her. Reality shows come and go, but family is forever. I hope my friend @lokhandeankita wins, but not at the cost of her marriage (sic)," wrote the actor. In the house, Lokhande and her husband, Vicky Jain, have often been seen engaging in bitter quarrels.
