Mrunal Thakur found herself in a tight spot after fans of Deepika Padukone accused her of liking a post about "tiny clothes" worn by Padukone at promotional events for Gehraiyaan. A social media influencer posted, "Newton's Law of Bollywood. The clothes will get tinier as the Gehraiyaan release date approaches". A part of the caption read, "Necklines and hemlines are Gehraiyaan". The post was liked by Thakur among others. The Toofaan (2021) actor got into a spat with a fan of Padukone, who shared the post about her liking the comment. Thakur hit back, "Get well soon... you are mentally sick. I wish I could get you some flowers and slam it on your face and thank you for spreading hate. I admire Deepika. Having said that I feel you must get yourself a life, rather than sit at home and spread hate". Padukone also took a jibe at the social media influencer and wrote on her Instagram Story, "Scientists say the universe is made up of protons, neutrons and electrons. They forgot to mention morons".
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's private chef Shastry shared a click with his star clients. Two years ago, he started by assisting the couple's chef Harsh Dixit. "It's been six months since I started cooking for you all and it's been exciting and a learning experience every single day. Looking forward to cooking some crazier meals now", posted Shastry.

Filmmakers Raj & DK are collaborating with Netflix for their next series, Guns & Gulaabs, a coming-of-age crime-thriller. "We are thrilled to roll out this wicked genre mash with some of the finest cast and crew from the country," said the duo. Though they did not announce the cast, the buzz is that Dulquer Salmaan, Rajkummar Rao and Adarsh Gourav feature in the show.
Akshay Kumar has finished shooting for Ram Setu co-starring Jacqueline Fernandez. On Monday, he shared the update about Abhishek Sharma's mythological drama. "I learned so much during the making of the film. It was like going to school all over again", the superstar wrote.
Jay Shewakramani's Jawaani Jaaneman starring Saif Ali Khan clocked two years since its release on Monday. The producer hinted about another project with Khan. "We were in talks for a film set against the backdrop of London. We will announce it soon," said Shewakramani. Jawaani Jaaneman also starred Tabu and was the launchpad of Alaya F. "The film is close to my heart. The day I read the story, I knew I had to make it. We had a great time shooting for it. Saif and I love London. We had always wanted to collaborate on a film based in the city," said the producer, who is often spotted at Khan's
parties.

On Monday, to mark buddy Amrita Arora Ladak's birthday, she shared a conversation with her bestie before dozing off. "One eye is already shut... will wake up and have chai and toast", posted Bebo. Salman Khan was honoured with the Personality of the Year Award at the Joy Awards 2022 at the Bakr Al-Sheddi Theater in Riyadh. Khan posted a picture of him receiving the honour from the Saudi royal court advisor Turki Alalshik.
Hollywood star John Travolta picked up the Lifetime Achievement Award. In a video doing the rounds, Khan is seen introducing himself to Travolta. "I work in the Indian film industry and my name is Salman Khan," he said. Last month, Khan had visited Riyadh for the Da-Bangg show.
Kunal Kapoor and Naina Bachchan welcomed a bundle of joy. In a social media post, the actor wrote, "To all our well-wishers, Naina and I are overjoyed to share that we have become proud parents to a beautiful baby boy. We thank God for the abundant blessings". The couple wed in 2015.
