Last August, Dandekar tattooed her beau's name on her neck to mark her birthday.
Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar slammed a section of netizens who tried to defame the veteran lyricist's great great grandfather and freedom fighter Fazl-e-Haq Khairabadi. After Akhtar raised his voice against a controversial website âauctioning' Muslim women, social media users dragged his ancestors into the conversation. In his tweet, Akhtar stated that he's appalled with everyone's silence, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his own. He posted, "The moment I raised my voice against the online auction of women and those glorifying Godse and preaching genocide to the army, police and people, some bigots have started abusing my great great grandfather, a freedom fighter who died in Kala Pani in 1864. What do you say to such idiots (sic)?"

After Bade Achhe Lagte Hain actor Nakuul Mehta contracted the Coronavirus, wife Jankee Parekh was also infected, followed by son Sufi. The 11-month-old needed hospitalisation. Parekh related her ordeal in the ICU with Sufi. "My fighter went through it all... three IV drips, blood tests, bottles of saline, antibiotics and injections. Sometimes, I wonder how this tiny human got so much strength to face all this," she posted. "To all of you with babies, please do not put your guard down," Parekh added.
On Tuesday, Arjun Bijlani tested negative for the virus, about 10 days after he got infected. India's Got Talent host shared his joy by posting a video in which he is seen sitting in his car, grooving to Badshah's chartbuster, Abhi toh party shuru hui hai from the Sonam Kapoor starrer, Khoobsurat (2014). He captioned the video, "When you test negative, the party starts." The actor added a note of caution, "The only place you can make merry now is in your car." Bijlani also told fans to get themselves tested as soon as they display symptoms.
