It is known that Alia Bhatt is foraying into the espionage thriller space with YRF's next production venture. Sharvari Wagh is also joining the National Award-winning actor on this mission. Now, we hear that director Shiv Rawail has been entrusted to helm the yet-untitled film. Reportedly, producer Aditya Chopra, impressed with the response and acclaim garnered by the studio's maiden web series, The Railway Men, has chosen Shiv to lead the way for the new female agents of the YRF Spy Universe. "Adi is confident that Shiv, who has proved his mettle with his directorial debut set against the backdrop of the 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy, will make an able captain for the Alia and Sharvari thriller. The director has already begun prep for his big-screen debut and is planning to take the ambitious actioner on the floor later this year.
