Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao are working together on Laal Singh Chaddha and continue to make social appearances. The superstar was recently a part of the wedding celebrations in his Bandra buddy's family. Guests expected the superstar to attend the nuptials as the two have been close friends since childhood. But what they did not expect was Rao to accompany him. They mingled with the guests as a twosome as if nothing was amiss. Khan and Rao continue to be keen on setting new goals for a happy family life after divorce. They had sprung a surprise by announcing in July that they were going their separate ways.

Ajay Devgn has again recreated the iconic scene from his Bollywood debut Phool Aur Kaante (1991). The actor performed the stunt of balancing himself on two moving trucks for an ad. In the film, he was atop two motorcycles. It was his entry scene in the action thriller co-starring Madhoo. Devgn had done a similar act on horses in Son of Sardaar (2012) and on cars in Golmaal Again (2017) and De De Pyaar De (2019). He is still adept at it three decades later and does not take recourse to a body double. Wonder what Devgn will balance on next for his landmark act?
After Ajay Devgn, Vicky Kaushal is the latest Bollywood name to feature in the new season of Into the Wild with Bear Grylls. He takes off for the Maldives today for the shoot. The actor will test his endurance levels and survival instincts on the Discovery show hosted by the British adventurer. On Monday, Devgn flew into the island nation to kick-start the shoot. The two actors star in separate episodes of the franchise. Considering they are shooting in the Maldives, there will also be ocean-front and underwater-based tasks. Kaushal is determined to prove that his "josh continues to remain high" while scaling the obstacles. Akshay Kumar, Rajinikanth and Narendra Modi have earlier featured on the adventure show.

Child actor Yagya Bhasin, who featured in the Kangana Ranaut-starrer Panga (2020), plays the titular role in Nila Madhab Panda's production, Bishwa. He essays a visually impaired character in the film starring Vinay Pathak, Sharib Hashmi and Usha Jadhav. "It is my toughest role," says Bhasin, who was also seen on Yeh Hai Chahatein. The film opens at the Buster Film Festival in Copenhagen, which runs from September 27 to October 10.
A busy Ranbir Kapoor could not make it for sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni's birthday bash in Udaipur. His ladylove Alia Bhatt also gave it a skip due to her work commitments. Riddhima provided a glimpse of the celebrations with mom Neetu Kapoor, husband Bharat Sahni and daughter Samara. The Kapoors will be in party mode again for Ranbir, who turns 39 on September 28.
Fans of Sidharth Shukla have unearthed his doppelgänger online. Chandan Wilfreen, who now calls himself Junior Sidharth Shukla, has been recreating the late star's dialogues from his television shows, imitating his mannerisms and also dresses up like Shukla. While fans continue to share photos and videos of the actor, they are also seeking comfort in a not-so-strikingly similar lookalike on Instagram. Fans are urging Wilfreen to keep their cine idol alive by paying tribute to him through his imitations.
Hrithik Roshan was keen to provide fans with a view of his "breakfast date" with mother Pinkie, but a section of netizens could not help but notice the damp patches on the wall. When a fan asked him about the âeyesore', Roshan responded, "I am living in a rented apartment right now. I am buying my own house soon." He added, "If there is no dampness, how will we enjoy the process of fixing it?" The star will be reportedly shifting to a new place in one of Juhu-Versova Link Road's high-rises.
On Wednesday, Ishaan Khatter began shooting for Pippa in Amritsar. The actor considers the war drama a vital step in his career. After Beyond the Clouds (2017), Dhadak (2018), Khaali Peeli (2020) and the upcoming horror comedy, Phone Bhoot, Pippa is distinctive, which he has taken on as a challenge. He plays Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta, who fought on the eastern front during the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war with his siblings. The film, helmed by Airlift (2016) director Raja Krishna Menon, features Mrunal Thakur, Priyanshu Painyuli and Soni Razdan. The title is from the Russian amphibious war tank, PT-76, better known as Pippa.
