Ganapath Teaser: Amitabh Bachchan, Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon enter a futuristic world loaded with dialoguebaazi and action

With less than a month to the release of Ganapath, the makers unveiled the teaser this afternoon. The film is set in a dystopian world with Amitabh Bachchan, Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon headlining it. The teaser promises the film will be high on action, visual effects and dialoguebaazi.

The teaser of Ganapath begins in 2070 A.D. with Tiger meditating in a room. He appears to be an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) expert. However, the silence is disrupted soon when anonymous invaders attack him. The focus then shifts to the futuristic world in which the film is set. While Tiger performs breathtaking action sequences, Kriti also masters the art of kicking, fighting and tackling people. Amitabh Bachchan's character adds an enigmatic touch as not much about it has been showcased.

Sharing the teaser, Tiger wrote, "Intezaar ka waqt khatam hua… aa gaye hain hum aapko apni duniya main le jaane…#Ganapath in cinemas this Dussehra, 20th Oct (sic)."

Producer Jackky Bhagnani said in a statement, "We are thrilled to showcase one of our most ambitious project. 'Ganapath: A Hero Is Born.' This film has been crafted with immense passion and a unique vision. It ventures into uncharted territory and holds many surprises in store for the audience."

Ganapath: A Hero Is Born is the first film in the franchise. It reunites Kriti and Tiger after their debut film, Heropanti in 2014. The actors complete 10 years in the industry in 2024. They are working with Amitabh Bachchan for the first time.

Sharing his first poster from the film, Tiger wrote on Instagram, "Usko koi kya rokega...jab Bappa ka hai uspe haath Aa Raha Hai Ganapath… karne ek nayi duniya ki shuruwat #GanapathAaRahaHai. #Ganapath in cinemas this Dussehra, 20th Oct (sic)."

Kriti shared her poster and wrote, "She is fierce. She is unstoppable. She is ready to kill. #MeetJassi #Ganapath in cinemas this Dussehra, 20th October."

Pooja Entertainment presents Ganapath: A Hero Is Born in association with Good Co., directed by Vikas Bahl, the film is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Vikas Bahl. The film is set for a worldwide release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada on October 20, 2023.
