Fueled by positive reviews of the film's aerial action scenes, 'Fighter' is estimated to have surged by over 70%, raking in Rs 39 crore on its second day of release, coinciding with the Republic Day 2024 holiday. This brings the film's two-day domestic earnings to Rs 61 crore, and it is expected to achieve a domestic opening weekend of Rs 120 crore to Rs 150 crore.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, 'Fighter' is a patriotic action film depicting the lives of a group of Air Force fighter pilots during a conflict. Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor play supporting roles, along with Karan Singh Grover and Akshay Oberoi.
