Actresses, both from television and Bollywood, have had to deal with unsavoury characters and comments on social when they post images -- be they be of them in bikinis or other dresses deemed 'revealing' by the audience.
Well, Bollywood actress and Roadies X 4 judge Neha Dhupia is not one to tolerate fools. She turned hero in real life when she stood up for all womenkind shutting down the 'crass' folk with an epic response.
The actress, who is currently holidaying in Ibiza, posted, "Hey... It's jus me wearing a #bikini on a beach. That's what most normal people do when they are on a beach ... N yes I took a selfie and am posting it...
"Try for once not to be disrespectful, crass and take out your frustration on the wall of a woman you choose to follow. I do have the option of unfollowing you or deleting your comments or of reporting all the weird comments but I don't want to do that. Through this picture all I mean to say is that if you don't have anything respectful to say, you can choose to scroll on. It's a much better use of your time and energy. As for the rest...Thank you for the love , always!" she wrote.
Well, the post surely packed a punch and seemed to have the desired effect. The former Miss India got several messages supporting her stand.
The post was a reaction to some of the vulgar and cheap comments she received after she posted an image showing her back on Instagram and Twitter with the hashtag #Ibiza.
Well, all we can say is hats off Ms Dhupia. Way to go!
