Disha Patani is possibly one of the fittest actresses in the industry, and her social media is proof enough. The actress, who is super committed to her workout routine, often shares her fitness journey with fans on social media. Recently, Disha dropped a video on Instagram, which will surely leave you spellbound.
In March, Disha had shared a similar video where she performed squats with 70 kgs. Raising the bar a notch higher, Disha Patani posted a video of her doing a squat with 80 kg weights on a barbell. Looking comfortable as ever, she captioned it, "80kg 1 rep thank you @rajendradhole"
It is no new that weight training is the larger part of Disha Patani's workout and going by her fitness videos, it is clear that she loves heavyweights like dumbbells and barbells. Check out the video:

Krishna Shroff, who is the sister of Disha's alleged beau Tiger Shroff, commented: "Strong." Tiger's mother Ayesha Shroff praised Disha too. "This is the same girl who started squats with an empty bar!!! Mehnat!" Ayesha wrote.

The actress is a fitness freak and diligently works out every day. Mastering much more than gym exercises, she can also be seen performing martial arts, flying kicks from time to time.
On the work front, Disha Patani was recently seen in Salman Khan's Eid release of the year, 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai'. She also has 'Ek Villain Returns' along with John Abraham coming up, and will be seen in the Ekta Kapoor-produced heroine-centric drama 'KTina'.
