Disha Patani hosts a Spider-Man theme party for Tiger Shroff's 28th birthday

Picking a theme for Tiger Shroff's surprise birthday bash was a no-brainer for his rumoured girlfriend Disha Patani and mother Ayesha Shroff. Given Tiger's love for superheroes - he even played one in A Flying Jatt (2016) - the two hosted a Spider-Man theme party for the actor's 28th birthday yesterday. Besides his Baaghi 2 co-star and Ayesha, the party was planned by his sister Krishna and godmother Ana Singh. A source close to the family reveals, "When they were discussing how to celebrate Tiger's birthday as he is not fond of grand parties, Disha suggested that they have an intimate bash at his family's residence in Bandra."

Tiger was tied up with the promotions of Baaghi 2 in the afternoon. When the actor got home, he was delighted to see the special arrangements that had been laid out for him.

"The guests wore Spidey masks and the place was decked with Spider-Man balloons. A customised Spider-Man cake was also brought in," adds the source. The youngster was touched that his mother and Patani had gone to such lengths to make his big day special.

"There has been speculation that Disha and Ayesha don't get along, but they were very comfortable with each other." While Rinzing Denzongpa and Tiger's team members were present, dad Jackie Shroff had to skip the family affair due to a professional commitment. Sister Krishna says, "It was an intimate affair. Tiger isn't too fond of parties."
