Celebrating Sshura's birthday in January, Arbaaz had shared a post and written, "Happiest birthday my love Sshura. Nobody makes me smile the way you do. You light up my life. I look forward to growing old with you, oops older actually very very old when the universe brought us together it was the best thing that's ever happened to me. From the first date I knew I was going to spend the rest of my life with you. You continue to amaze me with your beauty and kindness. The couple tied the knot on December 24, 2023 in an intimate Nikah ceremony at Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma's residence amidst family and close friends. According to reports, Arbaaz and Sshura had met on the sets of the upcoming movie âPatna Shukla'. Previously, Arbaaz was married to model Malaika Arora, and they have a son Arhaan whom they co-parent. The couple got divorced in May 2017.

Arbaaz subsequently dated model and actress Giorgia Andriani for some years, before breaking up. Georgia spoke about their breakup during a recent interview and even mentioned how her feelings for Arbaaz will always be there.
While talking to Times Now, Giorgia praised her ex-boyfriend Arbaaz Khan and said, "Arbaaz is a good human being... Yes, we did part ways and the emptiness of letting go of a partner will always be there. Letting go is not easy, because you're personally involved with someone in a relationship. But one has to move on when the relationship ends. I wish him well while I move to another chapter in my life."
