Aparshakti Khurana, who rose to fame with some of his quirky roles in 'Stree', 'Luka Chupi', 'Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya', 'Dangal' and many more, is expecting his first child with his wife Aakriti. The duo shared a sweet monochrome picture on social media, where Aparshakti is seen kissing Aakriti's belly. While mom-to-be was seen wearing a white shirt paired with a black bralette, Aparshakti sported a white tee, paired with a bandana. Take a look at the photo right away.
The actor who is in an exciting phase of his career revealed that he is all pumped to work with exceptional directors. In an interview earlier, Aparshakti was quoted saying, "I would really love to be part of films which say 'Wow! what a film! " where people love me and the whole film. I don't want to read a review that says Apar was the saving grace. Of course, I would love that people praise my performance but at the end of the day I want the family to win. You don't want to be the sole bread earner."

On the work front, Aparshakti will be seen in the film 'Helmet' and web series 'Stardust'. Speaking about Helmet, the project also stars Nutan's granddaughter Pranutan, and this will be his first outing as a solo lead. The film is a satire on the ground reality in the country, where people feel awkward while buying and talking about condoms. The film tries to highlight the message funnily without being preachy.
On the other hand, Aparshakti also mentioned what it was to shoot for the web show 'Stardust', along with the director Leena Yadav. Many aren't aware that the actor was first directed by Leena Yadav in the 2018 film 'Rajma Chawal'. In a media interaction, the actor once stated, "Leena is a keen observer and understands the complexities of human behaviour very well. Dar Gai is amazing to work with. We had a relevant storyline but it was her vision and aesthetics that made 'Ruka Ruka' a visual spectacle."
