Celebrating the festivities of Diwali, several B-town celebs took to their social media handles and shared wishes commemorating the festival of lights. Bollywood celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Ekta Kapoor among many others extended greetings on the auspicious occasion of Diwali on Thursday.
Taking to his Twitter handle, megastar Amitabh Bachchan shared a sneak peek of the Lakshmi Pooja at his home with his wife Jaya, son Abhishek Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai and granddaughter Aaradhya.

Sharing the picture, Big B wrote, "Deepawali ki anek shubhkamnayein. Mangalam Mangalam Mangalam. To the several that have sent wishes on this auspicious day, my gratitude and grace .. it shall be impossible to respond individually to all, so kindly take this as my thankful response .."
Kareena Kapoor shared a beautiful family picture including Saif Ali Khan, Taimur and Jeh. "The only one who can distract me from posingâ¦Ã¢Â¤ï¸ÂHappy Diwali insta famâ¦love you all..â¤ï¸Â#the men of my life," she wrote.
Actor Shilpa Shetty also took to her Instagram handle and shared a short video in which she could be seen sitting near a beautiful urali. Shilpa captioned the post as, "Iss Diwali, khushiyaan aapki zindagi ko roshan kare aur apnon ka pyaar aapke jeevan mein mithaas bhar de. Deepawali ki hardik shubhkaamnayein aap sabhi ko."
Soha Ali Khan also shared a series of pictures from the Lakshmi pooja at her home with husband-actor Kunal Kemmu and daughter Inaaya. Sharing the pictures, she wrote, "Happy Diwali. May love and light illuminate every dark corner of your home and heart."
Veteran actor Jackie Shroff sent a powerful message while extending Diwali wishes to fans and followers on his Twitter handle. He shared a picture of a child smiling his heart out while selling earthen diyas at the roadside. Along with the snap, Jackie wrote, "Buy some happiness #HappyDiwali."
Taapsee Pannu shared a picture of her along with her mother and sister. In the caption she wrote, "Let the Lakshmi Puja beginnnnnnn :) HAPPY DIWALI."
Abhishek Bachchan too shared an Insta post that had a small note. It read, "Aap sabhi ko diwali ki haardik shubhkamnaye."
Ishaan Khatter shared a photo collage that featured pictures of him with brother Shahid Kapoor and sister-in-law Mira Rajput. "Happy Diwali," he wrote, in the caption.
Arjun Rampal celebrated Diwali by visiting the Shri Swaminarayan Mandir with his close friends and family. Sharing pictures from his visit on Instagram, Arjun, in the caption wrote, "Happy Diwali everyone. Lots of love, peace and prosperity. Had a beautiful Dharshan at the Shri Swaminarayan Mandir. Blessed by the wonderful Sadhu Prabuddhmunidas. #happydiwali #closefriends and #family #instafamily"
Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar shared a photo of him and along with it wrote, "May the divine light of Diwali shine with peace, prosperity, happiness and good health in your life. #HappyDiwali. Deepawali ki Haardik Shubhkamnaye."
Several other Bollywood celebrities like Disha Patani, Tahira Kashyap, Sonali Bendre, and others extended Diwali greetings to fans on the auspicious occasion.
